Restorative Exercise Spinal Alignment
with
Katy Santiago
The majority of movements in our daily life use very little of our spine's ability. While most people think of the spine as having an upper and lower position, every vertebrae can actually flex, extend, and rotate on its own. Restorative Exercise for Spinal Alignment will take the viewer through a series of exercises that free the spine in all directions. Breathing, neck pain, and stomach strength are all related to the mobility of the spine. Regular lubrication of the entire spine brings oxygen and blood flow to bones, disks.
